A proprietary blend that marries the opulence of Chenin Blanc, the vitality of Sauvignon Blanc and the richness of Chardonnay. The resulting wine is floral and fruity with a clean and bright mouthfeel and a refreshing finish.
This bright example of Dry Creek Valley Sauvignon Blanc shows fresh fruit aromas of citrus, gooseberry and green apple. The flavors coincide with a refreshing and bright acidity followed by a lingering and clean finish.
The nose displays classic Chenin aromatics of honey, quince, almond, and chamomile. The mouthfeel is richly textured in contrast to its vibrant acidity and ends in a long lasting finish.
The grapes for our rosé were harvested by hand, destemmed, and gently crushed before pressing to extract a bit more color and texture. The juice was cold fermented in a stainless-steel tank to preserve its fresh aromatics and aged 5 months prior bottling.
