This bright example of Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc shows aromas of citrus, green apple with a hint of exotic fruit. The wine’s mouthfeel is focused with a clean and crisp finish.
The nose displays classic Chenin aromatics of honey, quince, almond, and chamomile. The mouthfeel is richly textured in contrast to its vibrant acidity and ends in a long lasting finish.
The grapes for our rosé were harvested by hand, destemmed, and gently crushed before pressing to extract a bit more color and texture. The juice was cold fermented in a stainless-steel tank to preserve its fresh aromatics and aged 5 months prior bottling.

The aroma shows ripe berry and stone fruit with notes of warm brown spice and touches of toast and vanilla from oak aging. On the palate juicy blackberry flavors dominate. The tannins are restrained and the finish is smooth with a tiny zip from the delicate acidity.
The 2021 Apple Block Zinfandel shows classic Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel character. The aromas are fruit forward with notes of berry cobbler, Santa Rosa plum, and warm brown baking spice. On the palate the fruit impression continues with ripe berry and touches of vanilla and spice. The finish shows supple tannins and a long finish.
Always the most intense of our block wines, the 2021 Olive Block holds true to that tradition. While showing classic Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel black cherry fruit, it delivers a nuanced claret-like impression as well. Deep, rich berry fruit aromas intertwine with notes of all-spice and a hint of olive and cremini mushrooms. The richness continues in the mouth, lush fruit pairs seamlessly with supple tannins and hints of toasty oak.
