2024 Chenin Blanc

This refreshing example of Dry Creek Chenin Blanc displays classic Chenin Blanc aromas of honey, quince and chamomile.  The mouthfeel is richly textured with a vibrant acidity and ends in a long lasting finish.  

Our Chenin Blanc grapes were harvested by hand and whole cluster pressed. It was fermented cold in a stainless steel tank and aged in neutral French oak barrels for 4 months.
